Fantastic Stay with Great Service!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It was quite nice. The hotel staff were accommodating, holding our luggage after we checked out so we could continue exploring. I appreciated that the hotel arranged a taxi for transport to the train station. Parking was quite convenient, great to easily manage our vehicle .
The location required about a 25-minute walk to reach the main attractions.

The staff ensured VIP amenities were available. They handled our luggage with care and offered assistance with taxi arrangements, appreciated. They were friendly and helpful with all requests, and always with a smile.

Breakfast included plenty of fresh fruit and real European breakfast options, all presented cleanly. Dining options were REALLY good, and the evening meal I had was delicious!!! The pepper steak was a standout.

slightly underwhelmed stay

worn furniture non-functional lights
The room felt a bit tired. some of the furniture looked worn, and i noticed a few lights weren't working, a bit annoying. also, the tv situation was a joke! it had some fancy mirroring options, but only for samsung phones, seriously? and netflix? forget about it. No internet connection. i did expect better.
